Community
Negester Klein-Kariba has a young, vibrant and growing community. Since December 2015 the number of residents increased from two residents to 166 in December 2017. Our community is also an active and social group of people, where regular street braais, a game of tennis or putt-putt and aqua aerobics, are the norm.
Negester Klein-Kariba’s secure lifestyle estate is a home and a sanctuary where residents can shine bright, as defined in our vision statement, “Environments where the total wellbeing of the fifty-plussers group can be cared for, enhanced, and cherished”.
