As the Negester Klein-Kariba community grows, there are more lifestyle estate-oriented issues that need to be communicated to residents by the Homeowners Association (HOA). The HOA website addresses these needs. One of the residents, Angus Hughes, tackled the task head-on and developed a website for the HOA that communicates to the residents the "who, what, when, where and why" of the estate.
